current position we look for are:

Uploader
- Have malay sub/dub anime collection.
- Upload speed 256kbps above.

Recorder
- Have TV card/adapter
- At least can record 1 video per week.
- Able to upload.

Subtitle
Position 1 – Translator (BI -> Malay or Japan -> Malay)
Position 2 – Timer
Position 3 – Karaoke FX (know about Aegisub ASS Tag or After Effect)
